We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the United States Postal Service.  All orders typically ship within 10 business days (although most orders ship within 72 hours). Shipping is the responsibility of the customer, so we urge you to check to make sure that any shipping addresses you provide are accurate. There will be no refunds for lost or damaged items unless it is OBG's error. Delivery confirmation will be provided to customers for any disputes with your local USPS carrier. We do not issue credits of any sort for shipment delays due to weather related issues and other events beyond the control of OBG LLC dba OneBrownGirl.com and our shipping carrier, the USPS. Events include airport closings and natural disasters. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
